New compact device for marking film dosimeters

For NUVIA Dosimetry, our Industrial Automation Division, or NUVIA Automation, has developed a compact device for the combined marking of film dosimeters, which are usually used by workers when moving in a controlled or monitored area.

The film dosimeters, which are part of the NUVIA Instruments portfolio, are visibly marked by our device using inkjet print heads and by stamping a permanent mark with a micro-punch head, identification of the dosimeter is possible even after the film has been developed. Storage of the dosimeters in their respective trays or camera verification of the correct orientation of the dosimeters is also included.
